Freight – F.O.B. ITA / Factory for non-stock items and adhesives.
Shipping - Most orders will be shipped by UPS. Large or over sized orders may require delivery by Common Freight Carrier; in which case you will be contacted by an ITA representative to make final shipping arrangements. Most orders will ship within three to five business days of ordering.
Special Order Items or Requirements – Any non-standard stock brought into ITA must be taken. May require minimum quantities and are considered non-refundable. Special items may have a plus or minus 10% on quantities shipped. Purchase order must accompany order.
Packaging – ITA reserves the right to ship full case quantities.
Prices – Although ITA attempts to give a 30 day notice on price and discount changes; both are subject to change without notice. All bids & quotes are firm for 30 days. All prices exclude freight and taxes. Deviation from standard pricing may result in change of terms and conditions. Risk of Loss – Buyers assumes responsibility for all risk of loss and damage to the goods after they leave ITA.
Returns – No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All material must be returned in factory cartons and in sellable condition. Material returned without prior authorization may be refused and or subject to additional freight. All returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Contact us for Return Merchandize Authorization.
Shortages - Claims for shortages must be made within 24 hours after receipt of the goods.
Credit – Credit for returned goods that are to be returned to the factory, are subject to the factory restock fee (Min. 10%) plus all freight. Credit will be issued upon receipt from the factory.
Tool Repair and Warranty – All tools and equipment are subject to factory repair costs if any. All warranties are factory issued and conform to all rules of said warranty.
Liability Limitation – ITA is a distributor, all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or resulting from the use of the product shall be at the liability limitations of each vendor ITA uses. In no event shall ITA be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequence damages of any kind.
New Accounts – For an open account to be established ITA must have a signed credit application. A credit report will be completed and all orders will be COD until a satisfactory credit report has been received. Contact Us for more information.
